This pizza was the BEST vegan pizza I’ve ever made thanks to your recipe! I made a few adjustments with homemade red sauce, homemade vegan dough, & vegan miyoko’s mozzarella cheese and skipped the Parmesan because I didn’t have any. Super simple recipe but seriously so good!

Even though I put 4 cloves of crushed garlic in the marinara sauce, I cooked 2 cloves of crushed garlic with the mushrooms to give it that typical Italian flavour. Delicious!
