I have my dough figured out, but I haven't been able to get a nice crispy crust even using a pizza stone and heating it as hot as I can get it to go, which is about 500. I now will try the perforated one, which we have at our local Home Goods on sale! I don't know why I haven't done this before because my mom used to bake her pizza's on pizza screens that she was given by the owner of a pizza/sub shop where she worked. They were always crispy and perfect. Thank you SO much. 😀🍕
